Tai chi and Qigong (Chinese yoga and meditation) exercises are designed to increase and regulate the flow of your bodys natural energy or Qi. Traditionaly disease was seen as a blockage in the flow of your bodys natural energy.

Learning simple breathing, stretching and meditation techniques can gently relieve tensions in the body and increase your health and wellbeing.

You may experience your best nights sleep in a very long time after a session.

A gifted and natural teacher, Christopher is able to pass on simple and transformational techniques in 1-2-1 session.



£40 / 1 hour session

£210 / six hour sessions (paid in advance)
